Your points are valid for 30 months from the day they are added to your account.
To extend the validity of your points, you need to either book or gift/transfer or purchase points.
Visit the properties featured on our website, select your desired dates, and press the booking button. The fees that must be paid will be totaled for you. We'll send you a confirmation email with all the data as soon as the payment is complete. At the time of physical check-in, the security deposit will be taken in cash or by credit card.
You can pay by Cash, bank transfer, payment gateway or credit card. Please note that the dates will only be reserved for you once the payment is already initiated.
We request a copy of your photo ID (which can be your passport, an Emirates ID, or a GCC issued ID) as well as its information. For any sort of emergency, we'll also need your email and phone number for smooth communication and also to reduce fraudulent activities and simplify your stay.
Ofcourse, all our properties at Rare Home Stays are well-furnished and equipped with all necessary machines required in daily life routine.
Although it is extremely unusual, we do make care to deduct a security deposit from each guest reservation to cover any potential damages.
